I have a 96 trans am with the lt1its been a while but going to put the knock sensor in and im guessing it goes on the pass side near the bottom of the block does any body have a picture and also does anybody know if it can be installed on the drivers side if there is a spot to thread it into on the drivers side pictures would be nice if any one has some. Long story about the drivers side option if there is one

 

It goes on the passenger side of the block,the driver side of the block has a drain plug.

 

You could alternately put it on the driver's side, if you must.
