Can you easily check the hose connections inside the fuel tank?

If you've changed the pump and the connections are sealed up then you may have some debris in your system. If a small piece of debris lodges in the regulator seat the pressure will bleed down quickly. Might try disconnecting the fuel lines and using compressed air and solvent to flush the supply line and fuel rail.

Later, Michael

What fuel pump did you put in? The Walbro's seem a bit sensitive to getting dirt in the check valve. Was it a problem before the Aeromotive AFPR - a not very reliable piece?

Well I have a aeromotive regulator and the pressure bleeds instantly and alot of people have problems with them because of poor machining internally.. And if you dont have one of those maybe where the shrader valve connects to fuel rail.. Possible leak, mine did just from screwing the fuel line for nitrous on and off a few times..

usually if the regulator goes bad, you'll get an *** load of fuel into the intake. this sounds like a fuel pump check valve being bad, but it must not be if you replaced it. are you positive you';re injectors are leaking? i'd have them pressure trested. nothing else can cause that kind of a fall out. if it was a fuel line, your pressure at the fuel rail would be substantially lower than normal. it's got to be regulator, pump, injectors.

How did you connect the fuel pump to the hard lines on the hanger?
