Help with fittings

Ok, I'm hooking up a nitrous wet system, I have to tap into the shrader valve to run the fuel to this. I also have a electirc fuel pressure gauge that reads off this valve too.

Can some one tell me what fitting i'll need to run both off this valve. Or any other ideas?

I would suggest.....

NOS #17535 -4AN 90-deg swivel fitting on the Schrader. That gets the connection aimed to the side, away from the cowl, and the swivel part allows you to aim it exactly where you want it without worrying about over-tightening, and maybe breaking the Schrader fitting off the hard line.

Then get a 24" (or shorter if you can find one) braided S/S hose, -4AN on one end, and 1/8" NPT male on the other (these are being sold on eBay for $15-18). Get a 1/8" NPT brass tee (all connections 1/8" NPT female), at any hardware store. Screw the tee onto the hose, screw the line to the fuel solenoid into the "straight-out" part of the tee, and screw the 1/8" NPT fuel pressure sensor into the "side-out" part of the tee.

Should work.

Summit or JEG's will have the NOS-17535. Just plug the part # into the online catalog, preceded by the NOS vendor code.

Any hardware store will have a 1/8" brass tee.

You will need to figure out what you need to connect the hose from the tee to the fuel solenoid, since it has to connect to the 1/8" NPT female on the tee.

Are you thinking about installing a fuel pressure safety switch? If so, that needs to come off the same line. I think NX may sell a "log" fitting that allows you to install several sensors, etc. on the same line. That would replace the "tee".

I think i should be ok cuz I already have the line from the solenoid to the shrader valve. It looks like I just need to add the 90 degree fitting and the brass T. Thanks for your help...
