I bought a 95 z28 5.7 v8 camaro recently, and after I competed an oil change on it I noticed a line dangling down. I followed it and located it behind the harmonic balancer. I followed the emission hose routing and everything is hooked up. I can’t figure out where this line goes to. There seems to be no other hose unplugged or dangling.

 

You posted in the “Forced Induction” forum. Is this a supercharger or turbo setup? If not, I’ll move it to the correct forum.

That looks like it could be one of the OptiSpark distributor vent lines. See if this looks similar:
