need some help ASAP - anyone know a part # for stock transmission cooler lines??

My fitting on the line is leaking, thinking of just replacing the whole line from the case to the radiator.
Can anyone PLEASE hook me up with a part number for the line? I just need the lower one...
also if possible a part number for the brass (I think) fitting that actually screws into the case that the line goes into?

According to my parts disc, the line only comes in 25ft roll part # 12541500 and the flared nut is part # 15725180 and the rubber hose is 12339996 and the clamp is 1502999......
You have to make it yourself... no direct replacement....
You might check a parts store for some of the items.... I know where I work we sell some of these,,
