HELP FAST!!! bad opti harness?

I just put a new opti on because my old one was "dead". i have the LTCC hooked up (just put it on while changing the opti). Put my old (thought was good) opti on, and nothing. bought another one and then i started shaking the opti harness around it it starts to click on and off and triggering the fuel pump. Does that mean my harness is bad and not making good connection? The ltcc will not light up and then when i jiggle the harness it will start flashing 3 red flashes.

Please help...

If moving the harness around causes the symptom to change, the harness would be suspect.

If you do need a new one Casper Electonics has one a lot cheaper than the $110 GM one.
