Help: Car won't start

Ok here is the deal.
I drove the my car over to my mom's house to visit. Blah Blah blah
Drove fine all the way over there. Nothing seemed wrong.
Go to leave Car won't start
K haul it over to my house.
I figure out it isn't getting spark at all. (I set a timing light on it. First the #1 plug then the coil wire.)
So I replace the whole opti. (still no spark.) $400 POS
So I replace the coil. (still no spark.) $50 POS
I checked with a multimeter that all the spark plug wires and the coil wire have resistance. AKA they can send voltage through them.
Now I am at the WTF is going on stage.
Any help please.

94 Z28 Camaro. LT1 6 speed, K&N cold air. Trick Flow intake elbow. BBK Shorty headers, Flowmaster exaust, 160 thermostat, Throttle Body coolant by-pass.

Re: Help: Car won't start

K I replaced the PCM with one out of a working LT1 Z28 of the same year.
I know this PCM has been more heavily modified. Because of a supercharger and nitrous set up. But it should still be able to start the engine or at least get spark. It did neither.

Also I tested the four wires that run off the top of the opti. They are all in working order as far as I could tell. I checked them with the multi meter.

Any more suggestions I really need some help to get this car running.

This might sound like a silly question, but does the fuel pump kick on?

Re: Help: Car won't start

There are a lot of different ways to "not start."

Is it cranking but not turning over? Is it even cranking? Does it begin to start at all?

How new is your battery? Have you checked the ignition wire going from the opti-spark to the ignition coil and ensured there is a good connection? Have you checked the wiring harness that goes to the opti itself?

Did you have any problems with the car before hand? (running rough, missing, etc.)

We need a little more info and we can try to help you better.

Re: Help: Car won't start

Sorry I need to expain my self a little better.

The car turns over just fine.
The Fuel pump makes it normal little werrr sound when you turn the ignition to the ON position.
The when the car turns over it doesn't make any sound like it was trying to fire or misfiring. It just turns over normally.
The battery is fine. I tested it with a load tester. Plus since the car turns over fine I assume it works.
The Big plug type of wire that runs from the coil to the opti appears to be working. I checked it with a multi meter for resistance. Basicly making sure that electricity can make it from one side to the other.
I also checked the wires that run from the top opti. 4 little wires. They appear to be working and in good condition for the same reason as the big plug wire. I pulled the wires out of the top of the opti and disconnected the wires at the big disconnect about halfway back on the intake manifold. They all appear to be in working order.
I assume that was the wiring harness that you are refering to.
I also checked the plug wires using the same principle.

As for problems I had before. Nothing right before this. The opti that I took out of the car was only about 1 month old. Before I replaced the opti it had a rough idle but after replacing it that was fixed 100% and the car ran like a beast.
But because I thought it had gone to crap again I replaced it one more time.
and I replaced the Coil.
So the opti and the coil are about 3 day old.

Check the ignition fuses.
