I think I know what the problem is.
The top cap of the connector that connects to the photo emitter/receptor was broken.
Since the cap was broken moisture corroded the 4 contact points.
Thats why I'm getting fuel and spark but the timing is off so bad the car won't start.

So hopefully GM carries the connectors in stock.
I've ordered an opti from a fellow board member.

Hopefully, this will get my car running again.

Just wanted to let everyone know I got the car started again.
Turns out the bearing on the opti was bad. All the ball bearings were getting shredded.
