Help with cam

I need to find out if the cam I have is big or small. It is a crain campift is 319 intake and 245 exhaust and duration is 272 and 286. I have the springs and 1.6 rr it calls for. Is it ok or do I need better

looks like a fairly small cam

210/224 .479/.518 (1.5 rockers)

not sure what your goals are though

well I honestly don't see 400rwhp with that cam, more around 360 or so through a 6 speed (going on the impression that your heads are ported like in sig)
