Heater core by-pass

How do I bypass the heater core while removing the hoses going to the core?
I want to either create a loop in the waterpump or block it somehow, who has done it?
How?

You can loop the heater hoses using a 1/2"x 5/8" [for hose ID]coupling..

I was going to ask why would anyone want to do that, then I saw your location. I guess you don't get much use for the heater there
