Which heads should I use?

I have been looking at the AFR 195cc but have seen so many alternatives out there. I have a stock bottom end 95 LT1 with many upgrades to the top end (except for the heads) and I am now at the point where the heads are blocking more power. I am curious as to what you guys are using and how you like the product.

If it was me personaly i would drop the afr idea and go with tfs ported by a good porter. Afrs require that you run a Lt4 intake so add about another 450 if you get an eldelbrock intake. I would stick with the Lt1 side and make just as much.

Have you considered sending your stock castings to a reputable porter like Lloyd Elliot or Advanced Induction?

I had good results with porting my stock heads (see sig). It will be less expensive than buying new castings and then having them gone through.

If youre sticking with a 350 I would stick with the stock castings ported.
