ok i want to do some work on my 95z.iwas thinking of heads and cam.i got 3000 to spend what should i get.whats goning to get me the most performance for the money.any ideas

 

With 3000 if you can do some work yourself ie pulling motor, I would go with a 383 stroker kit. Solid rebuild with plenty of power .

 

I'd go with some really good heads and valve train setup with a ported intake. That's probably the best bang for the buck since $3K isin't going to get you tons of power trying to make a 383 out of it. Heads, cam and intakes all make power.
