I agree to a point. dyno numbers are by no means the end all. But track numbers (mph and especially ET) can vary even more. Driver skill, tires/60', altitude, weather DA, weight, gearing. All those things can have large effects! IMO the dyno is a lot harder to manipulate. you also have to look at more than peak numbers as your head's low lift numbers (or flowbench method) demonstrate. There are probably a lot of guys on here that are saying "how'd he pull that much with an 'itty bitty cam' and only 25x peak flow? I'm typically not surpised much if at all when i see peoples dyno numbers, you have to expect some variance due to the cars condition and suttlties of the combination and its setup.
Bottom line, I like to see both dyno charts AND track times
