I have tried to fit the whole thing in as if it were welded and it will not go in, so I wont be welding it afterall. I will go with some of the copper rtv.
Damn those exhaust mainifolds were a PITFA to get out. The bolts came out very nice with no signs of trying to break or anything, that really had me scared. I did break off the temp sensor (thing in the middle of the DS head) I think. And an does that PB blaster work good .
