i bought hooker long tubes from cincy speed a few months ago...they are coated and everything...just wondering why???what do you think i should do??i have all the papers too..thanks for the info.

 

That's very strange!

Don't know if it'd help you out...but I've been wanting to try this stuff they make for motorcylce headers called Blue Away. Guy showed me that stuff on his bike and it's WILD how it brings back the original shine.

Again...not sure if that's helpful in your case with coated headers that are rusting.

 

you guys think i should take them off and send them back...cincy speed is only like 20 minutes from my house....
i think they would have to replace those headers if they are coated..

 

I'd drive the car up there and show them before going thru the trouble of taking them off first.
