i am in the middle of installing headers and i ran into a big problem. i put the passenger side on first and now i cant get the driver side in because the passenger side is hitting the ac box when i lift the engine. has anyone else ever ran into this?

 

reemove the stering linkage to the rack. that should give plenty of room...or try to come in from the top. i think my pass went in from above and driver's went in from under.

 

steering linkage is out tried going in from the bottom wouldnt fit

 

Remove both motor mounts?Or the trans mount...one of those should work..what kind of headers?
