header mufflers

hey i was wondering if ne anyone has or knows someone with an exhaust set up involving something like magnum glass packs or purple hornies from flowtech right after the collector on long tubes. I want to know if u used pipes after the mufflers or how u hooked it up, how it sounded, and how loud it was. Also if it would be alright for a bolt on only lt1 car. Plus i just wanted to know everyone's overall opinion on it and to see if ne one has ne pic.s of this kind of set up. thanks

I don't have any pics, but I had some purple hornies on my car. They sounded good(very loud), but you do have to cut and weld in a few places to get them to work, or else they hit the floorboard. If you do a search on here, someone has pics.

I have long tubes with 18x3inch tubed chambered mufflers from sweet thunder. They dont have turn downs or anything on them. It sounds like **** to me, and most other people. Sounds like a truck. I hope it sounds better when i get them ran out the back tommrow.
