This is a good thread, I must be updated lol. Eventually I wanna get headers on mine. Before I had an LT1 everyone went on n on n on about what a NIGHTMARE it is to work on. Well I've looked at my engine and thought...its not THAT bad. I've done an LS1 into a 3rd gen swap and dealt a lot with the 4th gen. So I wanna take a whack at this project.

SUCESS!!!!! after trying for an hour to get the driver's side header on I said **** it i'll try to put in the passenger side header on.So I jacked up the motor and the header just slid in! wayyyyy to easy, took me longer to bolt it up to the heads.I guess my car is the different from everybody's.....Passenger side easy,Driver's side a BITCH!

Im going to try the driver's side again tomorrow

I also got my thunder racing otvc wires today! After I get done with the headers im doing true duals and then the otvc plug wires.

Thats good news. Try jacking up the drivers side and sliding it in from the bottom, and you should be all set. I've seen more often people have an easy side and then a side that gives them more trouble.
