Header Install +?

I might actually be getting headers soon and having them installed. I was just wondering what else should be done(or would be easier to do) while doing the headers? I haven't had a tune-up yet(66k miles) so I figure that should be done. Anything else?

If you are supplying the headers, make sure you have EVERYTHING you need for the install, including gaskets, bolts, fire sleeves (if needed) etc.

If you don't the shop may just grab whatever is handy and you won;t be happy.

And before you go runnin' around make sure the primaries are clear of all wiring and hoses.
Shops tend to ignore these details, but if you burn a wire or hose, you will wind up with another problem (s) JMHO

You might want to consider motor mounts. Much easier without headers in the car.
