header install

I am thinking of getting these headers from this shop that are a little used but he wants 700 for them the y pipe the o2 sims and all the egr fittings are all on them allready. They are in pretty good shape I was wondering if you think that is a good deal. The shop wants around 650 or at least that is what he quoted me, he said it will take 8 hours seams a little long to me. The headers are hooker coated LT's. So any help like if you think that is way to long or just to much for the used headers please tell me.

Seems about right, maybe a little high.Try to jew him down a little.New those parts would be $1,000.+.Labor is about right too.It is time consuming.
