Head warpage - how much is too much?

For a bone stock motor power levels, how much warpage is considered too much?

I have a set of heads that were already cut once and had to have an addition 0.015" cut off in order to be flat.

CCing the heads, taking into account the deck height and the cyclinder volume, a CR of 11.1 to 1 was calculated. What head gaskets are out there that would compress to 0.70" in order to maintain stock compression ratio? Kometic wanted $180 each for custom gaskets. Anyone else to ask for?

Remember, my goal is to maintain stock compression ratio of 10.5 to 1.

Anyone ever stacked 2 head gaskets on a flattened head/block and run them?

I wouldn't stack head gaskets, and would be happy with the increased compression ratio (11:1).

That's probably for his CMC car, I wish they had some CMC racing by me, I'de probably build a car for it.

LOL ... I would love to be able to use more compression.
However, the class I run in has very strict rules about compression ratio.

The stacking of gaskets didn't give me a warm, fuzzt feeling either. But I have talked with a lot of builders about doing it and opinions run about 50% for and 50% against on a stock motor.
