What are my options if it is.

Lately the car has been smoking VERY little.. Not really sure if its just from it being cold or not but I am getting the coolant pressure checked tomorrow as long as a clynder check. Had new o2's in it and the passenger side started getting slow reading code a few months later. Months after that they both went out. But the car has never overheated....

I pulled one spark plug on the drive side and it looked like it had oil on it running all the way up the threads. Could this also mean there might be a problem with my rings? Altho how would oil manage to make it all the way up to the top of the threads??

Also does anyone have any guides on pulling the heads.
Also how hard is this and how long of a job??
Any special tools that i'll need?
And what all needs to come off, and should i think about adding or modding anything while im doing that??

 

Get a leakdown test done on the cylinders before taking the heads off and that'll tell you exactly where the problem is.
