Head flow charts??

I was looking for a site or sites with stock LT1 head flow numbers, and what certain methods of porting got them flowing. I'm getting a 300 dollar port job and I'm trying to figure out what exactly its gonna do for me. He said he's gonna do a bowl blend, port the inside. I dont know about gasket match porting.

Anything??

How come the 94-95 Impala cast Iron's are flowing more and have higher HP potential than the Aluminum LT1's?

While I can't verify the accuracy of every number on that page, stock cast iron LT1 heads are well known to flow a bit more than stock aluminum castings. As far as hp potential, even though iron heads also have a thermal advantage over aluminum, the Al heads can usually run a bit higher compression, so it's probably a wash in spite of a few additional CFM.
