Having a missfire...

I know that if you have an OBDII you can hook it up to a scanner and it can tell you what cylinder is missfiring...
How can you tell on an OBD!????

There is no misfire detection capability in OBD-1. You have to verify the existance of spark and fuel at each cylinder, for starters.
