has any one tried Opti-Direct

hey i was wondering if any one has tried this besides cost is this a good solution with opti-spark. if you have use it let me know what you think

or would i be beter of with the msd opti http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=79317

You might want to try a "search". Use the search term "delteq".... there's got to be numerous posts. You will need an Opti with a good optical sensor to run the Delteq.

As far as the MSD Opti, its not yet available. Its in the catalogs, but Summit has pushed the availability date back a week or two at a time. Summit currently shows 5/15/06 as the date.

the MSD is available go to your local parts store, advance autoparts or autozone, and they can get it next day for you for the same price as summit. I ordered one yesterday so i should have it today.

Are you sure it's the whole opti and not just the cap and rotor? How much did you pay?

Injuneer yah i did do a search after the post stupid me i didnt relise they were the same thing im not to bright sometimes and then i relise that the msd isnt out yet. i think im going to go with the msd becuase it seams to be a safer bet for me and im not in a rush for the opti this is going on my build up motor for next year im just trying to get every thing to gether for the car cuase i want to put every thing in all in one shot thanks though guys

My suggestion that you "search" was not intended in any negative way.... . I just know there's a lot of info there on the Delteq. It appeared you didn't make the connection between the Opti-Direct and thhe Delteq.
