Harder to start after minor mods?

I put ngk tr55 spark plugs (I gapped them properly .050) msd 8.5mm wires, K&n CAI,msd coil, and cut the Cat off the car, now its slightly harder to start. And the other day it would not start until the second try, before it started pretty much as soon as I hit the key. Any ideas?

I would not be to concerned. Mine has been been that way since i started doing new mods. I know if my battery was disconnected it will take a while to completely relearn it all. If it runs better than before don't be to concerned but if it is worse check the plug wires and the rest.

Ok thanks, my battery was disconnected eariler in the week. I don't know if its running any better, im debateing on rather something is wrong with the car or the tires are just really good because when I floor it from a stop it barely spins, it just takes off really fast. Im only running like p235 r55 16's(size may be a little off have not looked at em in a while) goodyear eagle HR's

I'd disagree. What you did should not affect how the engine starts. Is it possible you left something disconnected, like the MAF sensor, or the coolant temp sensor? Is it possible you tore the intake elbow, or folded the bottom edge of the elbow under, allowing air to bypass the MAF sensor?
