I checked the Fuel Pressure regulator again, no fuel or smell on the vacum hose or regulator.

I cleaned the MAF, it was really dirty, but it didn't make any difference.

With the MAF plugged in I am getting 108 on both sides most of the time, rarely it gets into the 112-117ish range.

With the MAF unplugged it runs between 124-130 (mostly128)

Do you think the MAF is bad?
Does the MAF affect startup, with it unplugged it still was hard starting?
What else can be making it so hard to start when it's cold?

Thanks for any help.

128 is perfect, and it looks like the MAF is messin with your fuel mixture. I would change it out.

the hard starting:
your car has been running rich and the cylinders have been getting flooded so your spark plugs have got to go. I am pretty sure they have been fouled out already due to the excess gas and this would cause hard starting.

MAF does not affect start up itself actually. The TPS and Coolant Temp sensor are the main controllers of start up. your TPS should be at least 0.35V - 1.00V at closed throttle and your CTS should read outside temperature at a cold start. check those 2 out when u wake up tomorrow.

but I'm suspecting the MAF already fouled out your plugs and I would reccomend putting some new ones for better performance all around.

change MAF and plugs
