I'm trying to figure out what is causing me my problems.

My factory water pump went out under warrenty at aprox 29K mi.
The replacement went out at 75K mi.
The new one I just installed has a slight drip from the weep hole. About 1 very small drip every 30 sec or so.

So, do I have the worlds worst luck with water pumps, or is there a greater problem, say with my cam(which drives the pump)?

 

Stock pumps just aren't that good. I always suggest switching to a CSR pump and plugging the weephole and not looking back
