Guys running MAc headers, what kind of power increase?

As the title states, what sort of gains did people running MAC headers see? I am running 94-95 style single cat coated MAC headers, an off-road pipe, Borla cat-back and 02 simulators on an m6 car. What kind of RWHP and RWTQ should I be looking to get?

Thanks

i have a dyno sheet for my 97 showing 293rwhp and 315 rwtq.... quite a nice increase... 13.8 at 103 with a 2.04 60ft...

went to hooker lts....much more noticeable increase from macs to hookers over the increase from stock to macs.

i now have changed nothing else and run 12.93 at 109 with a 2.0 60 ft

macs are the best shortys, but hooker longtubes are so much better

I know this is an old thread, but I can't wait to see my gains if I already dynoed what I got below.

I took her to the track around the same time I dyno'd, ran a best of 14.6 @ 97.99 mph. The track is at 3500ft and the temps were high.

I woulda done better had I not kept my heavy 18s on, so I'm getting drag radials for my stock 16s for my next trip back. My 60's were like 2.3-2.4

LS1s on the same track that night were running bests of 14.3 - 14.5 (I actually beat a 2002 camaro ss on that pass)

Another example would the a ford lightning owned by the shop where I got my car dyno'd they got their best run ever at that track the night I was there, a 13.1, this is a truck putting down 500+ horsepower. The same truck apparently runs deep 12s at sea level at another track they frequent in another province..

MAC shorties were a definite SOTP increase but I have no real numbers to back that up. They are worth it but now I am looking into getting LTs.
