guys need help fast opti seal

had an oil leak so i got the waterpump off and its the seal for it, decited to pull the opti and make sure that seal was good too...found out when i pulled the opti that the 2 little metal o rings on the shaft going into the cam are broken into pieces so i completely removed them, now they look as if they are all one part, so can i replace them? i assume they help keep down vibration on the opti? can i replace them with a think o ring???
what do yall reccomend for a fix?

this is a 95 with the shaft that goes into the cam

Get the Felpro timing cover gasket set. It gives you the w/p ds seal, opti seal, crank seal, opti o-rings and timing cover gasket. They are just o-rings but the original ones got baked and crumbled to pieces.

Take one of your broken "metal" pieces and hold it with a plyers over a match flame. Then come back and report the results.
