Guideplates

I have a set of non-self aligning roller rockers i am wanting to put on my car and i was wondering if SBC guideplate will work or if an LT1 specific guideplate must be used?

SBC guideplates are not correct for the LT1. GM 14011051 is correct, but there have been spotty reports of some of the plates being unhardened (they should be checked before installing). Trickflow guideplates Part # 30400623-8 work, too. You can also use adjustable guideplates like those from Isky and others.

I'm using TrickFlow guide plates, and they align near perfect.

I am using Trickflows as well on my current build. As stated before, they line up perfectly.
