guideplate problem

guideplate problem

started setting my valve lash today and i noticed that one of my rocker arms is kinda off center. the rest look fine its just that one. any ideas?

what guideplates are you using?

comp cams guideplates. non adjustable ones.

i had the same prob i went with the trick flow and never had a problem with them ,cant remeber the part # but search it they are discused

The Comp guideplates just do not fit, simple as that. The LT1 valve spacing is a little different from the heads those were intended for.

I tried the GMPP ones, they fit better but had them wear badly so I went to Isky adjustables.
