I have autolite 106 spark plugs in my car and just put taylor 8.2 wires on. i tried running another ground to the coil but it is still arcking on the plug. Its not arcking on the wire but right where the boot connects and they are all clipped in good. from the coil to the opti it is arcking inside the boot also. are these just crappy wires. is there anything i can do please help.

 

Did you use any dielectric grease on the boots?

 

yes i did and it didnt really help??

 

i used the grease. is it possible that the plugs sucks? i really need to get this fixed
