Got A Question......Is this a good Idea??

Would it be possible to put dual electric cut-out's after my Jet Hot LT's and then the Y-pipe?
How would the fitment be?
Has anyone ever done this?
I was planning on just 1 after the y-pipe. Let me know what yall think.

The gains of two cutouts vs one cutout would be very minimal. It would be pretty expensive but yeah it would work. Check out DMH and QTP and Mccord electric cutouts. They usually have pics on there websites .

I really wasnt even worried about the gains. But if there is any then great. Money wouldnt either. Just wanted to know if it would work and was a good or bad Idea. Sounds good though. I already have a QTP electric one.

I wouldn't put it between the y-pipe and headers. I would put them on the y-pipe itself.

So your saying 1 cut-out after the y-pipe?
If so ........why that instead of 2 after each header before the y-pipe?
just curious

I thought you meant to put the cut out on the header and then put the y on. I mean that you should put them both on the y right between the header and before it goes into one pipe.

One after the I pipe is the more economical/practical way if you just want a small power gain.

Two right after the headers/on the Y pipe would be the equivalent of open headers when open... definitely scores you some badass points But for that price I would just go for true duals through an X pipe then dumped at the axle.

Wasnt asking to put them directly on headers but yea on the y-pipe I guess.
Meaning open headers basically.

I have a cutout right after the y pipe, it's actually connected into each other. I can def. tell a difference when it's open. The gains there are great.
