Got codes 16 and 36 so what to replace opti with?

Got codes 16 and 36 so what to replace opti with?
Is their anything that totally replaces the opti yet? Or is my only choice to replace it with a new one?

There are only two choices.... 1) full GM stock replacement; 2) Dynaspark with billet case, upgraded internals.
