Is this a Good rotating assembly for nitrous???

Wanted to build an all forged 355 + hotcam pretty soon.

Been wanting an all forged 355 for some time. But i want one that will consistently take a 250 shot.

And in my summit catalog they have a whole kit. This isnt the normal summit rebiuld kit everyone talks about.

Its a world products rotating assembly kit that includes:

Scat 4340 Forged steel crank, Clevite H-bearing, Manley 4340 forged steel H-beam rods, JE/SRP forged pistons, and speed pro rings.

it lists for $1799.95

Dont really know if thats a good deal or not, or if i could build a set-up to take the 250 shot for cheaper.

Any comments or suggestions on a cheaper build up are welcome

I would think you could find a better deal, but then again I never seriously checked prices for a bottom end rebuild going all forged. 250 is a hell of a lot of nitrous

Good luck with your car man ...

Heh, 250 is alot. I kinda want to eventually convert it to a fogger set-up but thats more money and probably a year down the road

Right now im only gonna spray 125 on the stock internals, 150 for my upcoming dyno.
