What kind of rockers/pushrods should I use?

ROCKERS-comp cams pro mag 7/16 stud non self aligning with arp 7/16 studs. use gm guideplates as well.
PUSHRODS- about any good chromoly wil do you best. crane, trickflow, comp cams, etc. of course, get a legnth checked to determine your size.
LIFTERS- ask lloyd if you have him do the package. certain springs will make you run a lifter like a comp R. beehives springs, and some others will let you use a stock typ lifter.
VORTECH ELBOW AND AIR FOIL- not on the "need to have" list. most aftermarket throttle bodies will already have a built in air foil. i know my BBK/edelbrock does. the vortech elbow looks like, but not needed as far as gains. you wont see anything really. but if you would get an aftermarket elbow, i wouldn't buy anything metal. metal holds heat much more than plastic, heating your intake air slightly. plus it's a bitch to touch on accident when hot.
