Gonna run the new cam tonight

Going up to IRP to get some times with the new cam (227/233) tonight. Weather is looking great. Hopefully I'll be updating this thread tonight with a . Wish me luck.

Update:
Ran a 13.09@109.13mph
I think theres more there. The traction at IRP was horrid. Too many idiots driving through the frickin water, and not only ricers.

Do you have some good sticky tires. I would look into that to get you into mid 12's.

I have the same cam as you and I was hoping for a little better mph. My old hot cammed z ran 109 in the 1/4. I'll update you on my times when it gets nicer here in michigan.

The timeslip broke down like this.
R/T .156
60' 2.106
330 5.703
1/8 8.577
MPH 85.79
1000 11.035
1/4 13.097
MPH 109.13
I was running on BFG dr's. Like I said though, too many people were leaving water on the track. We have just begun to tune this thing as well. I think I'm still running a little rich up top. Gonna get it on a dyno w/ wideband here soon.
Brandon, I wouldn't worry to much about this being the max potential. Everyone I've ever talked to has always said they run slower at IRP. I'm gonna get up to Muncie here soon and compare. I've heard of people not changing a thing and going to Muncie and running 2 tenths faster.
