the hole in the back for the distributor is larger than normal in diameter. whats the deal with this and do they make a thicker distributor so it can fit tight like the conventional carbed engines?
somebody with any experience with this intake, please help. thanx

 

I've never done the conversion myself, but I don't think it should matter how big the hole is in the block for the distributor because the distributor rests on the oil pump driveshaft and cam drive anyway, so I don't think it's goin' anywhere. Good luck.
