gmmg catback?good?

The GMMG Chambered Exhaust is a 3" cat-back system.
Not an LT1, but I gained exactly 25rwhp & 22rwtq on the same dyno with ONLY the addition of a Direct-Flo intake lid and GMMG cat-back on my bone stock LS1. Once again, not an LT1(I know), but this shows you that this exhaust was probably good for 10-15rwhp or half that gain as lids are generally good for about 10-12rwhp themselves on LS1's. Either way, it makes proven power on the dyno and at the track.
The installation was incredibly easy as it should be on an LT1 car too.
Better than Borla or SLP LM? Well that's personal opinion but I had both of those exhaust systems on my last LS1 and the GMMG I replaced them with sounds MUCH better to me both inside/outside the car. And I've heard many others with LT1's say that the GMMG sounds better than the Borla's/LM's they've already had or heard.

Its pricey but worth every penny. It has the nicest sounding, most exotic exhaust tone out of every exhaust made for 4th gen f-bodies IMO. Some will argue that the chambered pipes will be harmful to performance but unless you are putting out like 500 horses it won't hurt anything. Plus not very many people have this system on their cars which is nice for car shows and for just showing off. You will be one of very few or possible the only one in your area with this exhaust. I'm the only one in my area with this exhaust AFAIK (except for my dad's 435 HP Berger SS). I switched from Borla to GMMG if that tells you anything about which I feel is better. Borla and SLP are great exhausts, especially SLP for the money, but nothing compares to GMMG.
Edit: Just saw your question on installing it. Without a lift it sucks to install. You have to get the car really high because the over the axle pipe goes so far foward. It took me over an hour of jacking up the car, finding out it wasn't high enough, rejacking, and so on before i got the car up high enough. It isn't to fun but its doable. So the install is harder than most cat-backs but in the end its worth it.
