I just pulled my stock cam out, have a non vented car switching to a vented opti, so I just leave the dowel pin the length that it is?

I don't think the length is very important with the Vented opti's. You have to make sure the pin isn't too long but other than that i think the pin can range anywhere from .1-.600 inch. As long as the pin is short enough you will be fine. Having one shorter than stock shouldn't cause any problems unless the pin is non-existant.

Hey Cartel, I do have a set of Comp Cams Pro Mag 1.6 rockers already. Bought them about a year ago, lol, but I do still want those springs. Ive been having to spend my money on getting all the stuff I need to rebuild my tranny now. Right now I have money in my bank and if I can get the things I need off ebay without breaking my bank then I am going to buy the springs off u with it. I will be sure to keep in touch with u on it.
