GM replacement motor mounts question

Do the gm replacement motor mounts come with just the rubber part, or do they have the metal part on them too, i'm not talking about the bracket that they bolt to, but the actuall bracket on the mount it's self. Also are there any mounts that are harder than regular replacements, but softer than poly's?

First I would say I think....think...the mounts are sold complete. Gotta be, they run like 50 bucks a piece. As for the harder than rubber but softer than poly...thats about it. I would just go with the polys. I redid mine recently and don't notice a diff. Maybe because of the motor but I dont think the poys are bad at all.

polyurithane is the way to go. i really like the stuff from energy suspension. give summit a call, they could hook you up. the mounts are sold just like the ones you took off, metal and all.

I'll prolly go with the poly mounts, when I change em, sense the stock ones are rivited in, the poly's come with nuts and bolts I assume? I prolly go with the poly mounts also becuase I wont have to change them again in along time.
