GM part number for Opti Vacuum harness

GM part number for Opti Vacuum harness
Anyone have this part number? Does it come as a harness or do I need to "build" one? I have looked for the p/n on the GM parts list but can't find it. Any help would be great since I have heard you can't just put a filter on the vacuum line b/c it is also a flow reducer.
