Give me your guess, and need some pointers

WEll guys after about a year and a half I am about to wrap my lt1 project up, its been apart so long im kind of puzzled on dropping it back in But oh well im gona start this week so any pointers on somethings You all think I may forgot let me know!!!!

Now I was just wondering if you all could shoot me a guess on what kind of hp you think it will make, I built the motor to run on spray... here is a run up of the build...
its 383
LE3 Heads (2.08/1.64's)
LT4 intake port matched to heads
block is decked to 0 all internally ballanced etc... (Studded)
cc306 cam that was also custom grinded on...
1.6 rockers
scat crank, rods, and speed pro pistons
asm tb
there is alot more odd and ends as far as bolt ons etc... injectors and all
'
but this is a basic run up of it... Also compression is around 13 to 1 or so.....

Im just wanting a ball park figure of what you guys think it may put down on motor...

thanks

13.0:1; 383 on spray! Do you have any head flow numbers?

LOL...really? I'd guess a lot closer to 475 rwhp before the spray!

well you have a very high compression ratio for spray and or street/strip you probably are going to have to run 100 octane if u plan on running it on the street unless u back the timing off in your tune and keep your coolant temps close to 160-170deg,

you might be close to that 475rwhp with that compression ratio but probably not with pump gas? is this car going to be only strip driven?

Quessing rwhp and we don't even know what kind of trans? Did I miss something?
By the way, no big deal, but LE3s come with 2.055 and 1.60 valves.

seems like a weak choice of cam for such an extreme build, i would think around 420 max rwhp

Thanks for input guys... Im still working on my choice of tranny, the car will be street/strip driven... also it will be ran of 110 octane bc of comrpession... I do not have flow numbers on heads...

A more aggressive cam (more overlap) will lower the dynamic compression ratio (DCR) allowing you to run lower octane fuel. That will push the power peak RPM up a bit though.

But you're going to have a hard time picking a cam without the head flow data. How did they "custom grinded on" a CC306 without knowing the head flow?

I had it all done at machine shop... the reason cam had to have some took of is because it was cutting it close to my rods....
