Getting Dyno'ed Today...any # Guessers?

Just like the subject says i'm getting my car dyno'ed after work today. My mods are in the sig and my previous #'s are there before my LT's and cutout.

I'm makeing two runs. One with the cutout closed then one with the cutout open.

Hopefully the guy will let my car sit for about 10-15min before i strap it on the dyno because i gotta drive home for about 20min on the freeway and i don't wanna dyno a heatsoaked car.

292rwhp / 296rwtq

didnt notice the y-pipe.. wondering about cats... hmmm

Ill say as high as 296/304

You dont have many mods... You may want to ice down the SLP CAI since its steel it will retain the cold.. I would usually ice mine down and ice my intake manifold at the track and get 3 tenths out of it!

Well i don't have my cats anymore.

The guy at the dyno shop said that he couldn't really let my car sit so i can cool down because he is already staying 15min past closing time for me to just get there. But he said while he is strapping the car up he will turn on the fan. Hopefully that will get rid of the heat soak.

now that i look at the replies who actually looked at my previous #'s i put down before the headers and cutout?

Looks like maybe only Stereomandan did. I hope i don't loose tq or only gain 1 torque from longtubes and a cutout.

I hope you're not too disappointed. Your car is pretty stout for what it is already.

Yeah i will let you know after today. I was just saying that some of you are posting Torque numbers that are lower then what they already are. So with Long Tubes and a cutout you would think that they would guess my torque would go up not down. Thats all.

You very well might lose torque with the cutout, my roomate's LS1 put down 3 ft lb less with the cutouts open than when they were closed. Now these were cutouts mounted behind the headers, I dont know if you have a borla cutout or what.

Well mine is right infront of the axle. It goes my headers then y-pipe to my cutout. Then my muffler. I may loose 3 torque with the cutout open but i still should gain more than 5 torque with LT's don't you think.

I'm gonna go with 300/330. I hope your a/f is good, cause I can see even higher numbers with it. Good luck! Your car had good numbers before the LTs. Did you have the CAI then? I did 260 stock and 270 with an open cutout. Let us know!
