Ok,
If I am going higher then 20mph and shift into 1st from any gears it grinds. But I can by do 90mph and shift into 2nd and it is fine. I have also have a problem with it going into reverse in the morning. I put it into reverse then when I let the clutch out it does a slight grind, then I push the clutch in again then I can put it into Reverse.
Any ideas?

reverse is a non-synchronized gear tyr putting in 4th then up th revers then let off the clutch should help line up the gears

1st gear synchro. is prolly going out if it only gives probs when down shifting dont down shift

 

That is what I was thinking to on 1st gear.
I will try to hit 4th first then reverse.
