I think theres something wrong with my gas tank. When i turn on the car theres a fairly loud wind noise coming from somewhere near the gastank. And when i try filling up the car it will only take a few gallons before it overflows, like if its filled with air, and im positive the car doesnt have gas.

what could this be? i also have a stumble in the lower rmps so im thinking that may be fuel related also.
