gas milege question

I recently ported my MAF, now i am seeing only about 150 miles out of a tank of gas, where in the past i was easily getting 200. Some had said after a few tanks it should go back up... i sure hope so.. any input?

I am pretty sure its not do to porting the MAF. I have both a stock and ported MAF, I noticed no power difference, just a rough idle. But no gas mileage changes. I think it might be your O2's instead. I see about 160-180 tank, so depending on how you drive 150 might be right.

150 miles per tanks seems to be getting popular lately, lots of threads with people getting the same amount, including myself. I just changed the fuel filter but to soon to tell if any gas mileage change, o2's are next on my list. you can try either or both of those and see if any improvements.

You can't go by results from one tank of gas. Give it a few tanks. I recently jumped 4 mpg from one tank to the next in my Pontiac. I think the switch from winter blended fuel made the difference.

argh, not another post where everybody posts how many miles they got to their last tank If you're curious, do a search, I would say this topic comes up somehow at least 3x week in here that I see. Aye!
