Gains to be expected from 383 Stroker?

What type of gains should i expect from my 383 stroker kit. I mean typically what type of numbers do these usually put down. I have only a couple of toher mods and they are in sig. Let me know what i should look for. extra 50? maybe 100? Also tpyically what type of times and traps speeds do they ususally put down with the 383. Thanks Cory

Roughly 1-2%hp, and 9-10% more TQ then a 350 given the same setup. The potential is all in the heads, and you've got to go big to feed a bigger motor.

1G for a set of LT1 heads will get you junk. Porting your stock heads is the cheapest way to go but that will cost more then $1000 for a good stage three. A good set of after market CNCed heads to work with a 383 would be beteen 2-3 Gs.
