Fuel rail/ intake manifold question

Im trying to reseal my intake manifold. Ive loosened the four bolts on the fuel railines, but the fuel lines/fuel pressure regulator is still connected to the intake manifold. Ive tried loosening the front nut shaped hex but it appears to be connected to the brace. I used a hex to try and loosen the screw in the back. Any help on how to remove it?

You need a fuel line disconnect tool.

You don't need to take off the fuel rails to remove the intake. Just remove the fuel lines as stated in other posts and take it all off together that way you won't disturb the injector o'rings. Have fun!
